Who we are

Salem Gutter Works operates the website salemgutterworks.com. We connect homeowners in Salem and the mid-Willamette Valley with gutter and roof services. Work booked through this site is carried out by licensed, insured contractors.

What we collect

When you use the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, property address, the description you write and any photo you upload. We use these only to prepare a price and arrange the work.

When you call: the number you call from, the time and length of the call, and a recording of the call. Calls to the number on this site may be recorded for quality and training. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call, or use the quote form instead.

Automatically: standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages you visited.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to. We do not use your photos for anything other than quoting your job.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is shared with the contractor who will quote and carry out the work, and with the service providers that run this site: our web host, our email provider, and our call tracking provider. Each of them acts on our instructions.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and call records are kept for two years, then deleted. Records relating to work actually carried out are kept for seven years, because tax and warranty rules require it.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies WordPress needs to function. We do not run advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email salemgutterworks@gmail.com or call (503) 713-6224 and we will deal with it within 30 days.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and change the date below.
